2 weeks of meal planning

So I had posted a status to my Facebook about completing a 2 week meal planner. The first person to comment requested that I share my meal plan. So I decided that it was actually a good idea and could help me continue blogging here with my meals. So I will write out the menu and will attach recipes and pictures to follow when made.

Saturday-BBQ Pineapple Chicken Sandwiches and Mixed Greens Salad

Sunday-Lasagna Cups and Mixed Greens Salad

Monday-Turkey Tacos, Steamed Veggies and Spanish rice

Tuesday-Chicken Stir fry with a Spicy Peanut Sauce and Pan Noodles

Wednesday-Turkey Lettuce Wraps(Made from Tuesdays leftovers)

Thursday-Chicken Caesar Salad

Friday-Crispy Baked Chicken with roasted potatoes and Mixed Greens Salad

Saturday- Asian fusion BBQ Salmon with Steamed Broccoli and Jasmine Rice

Sunday-Roasted Chicken with potatoes and carrots and Mixed greens Salad

Monday-Baked Halibut with a creamy yogurt sauce, Jasmine Rice and Mixed Greens Salad

Tuesday-Steamed Curry chicken with Roasted Veggies and a Mixed Greens Salad

Wednesday-Chicken Caesar Salad

Thursday-Steamed Cod with a Lime Yogurt sauce with rice and roasted Veggies

Friday-Mixed Seafood Chowder(Crab, Cod and Razor clams)
